Five Ayurvedic Treatment Sessions. 

Experience 90 minutes of therapeutic combination of Abhyanga, Marma, Potli and Basti treatments, using warm medicated oils in targeted “basti” treatments. Each session is specialized according to your condition, whether to release deep-seated tension, strengthen joints, soothe the nervous system, or restore vital energy.

Five Shiro Therapies

Deeply calming 30-minute head treatments tailored to balance the mind, improve sleep, and reduce stress. These therapies may include medicated oil applications or gentle techniques that restore clarity and relaxation.

Post-Treatment Wellness Counseling
